Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Boss Gross platform provided by Boss Gross ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Boss Gross is a trucking management software platform that provides fleet management, driver settlement generation, payroll automation, and analytics tools for trucking companies. Access is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account Registration

To use Boss Gross, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@bossgross.com.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Boss Gross only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the service to send unsolicited communications

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Boss Gross, including fleet information, driver records, and settlement data. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide our services to you. We do not use your business data for advertising or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Boss Gross is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@bossgross.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
